A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I personally started practising Pilates many years ago (even before Hollywood Stars made it trendy...) as I quickly realised how much it suited and benefitted my body. 
Anyone who thinks Pilates isn't a physical workout has never done a Pilates class before! Like most people, I found myself jumping between gym classes and bootcamps to try to keep fit, but never felt it was the correct form of exercise for me. After suffering some minor injuries while going to bootcamp, I decided to try something different and Pilates was the answer for me. Within a short time, I started feeling longer and leaner and soon realised how important it is for our bodies to move correctly while exercising. 
I am a proud Mum of 2 boys and Pilates also helped me regain my core strength after pregnancy. 
My passion for Pilates and desire to help other people led me to start my training as a Pilates Instructor in 2018. I am dedicated to becoming the best Instructor I can by completing further training so that I am able to offer each client a more personalised Pilates experience.
